Ingredients

Macaroni                               3 cups

Cheese Curds                      1 cup

Cheddar Cheese                 1 cup

Sour Cream                          1 cup

Milk                                         2 cups

Salt                                         to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the macaroni according to the direction given in package.

(Tips: You can cook macaroni in milk instead of water to make it more creamy and delicious)

Step 2: Drain it immediately so that it’s doesn’t get overcooked.

Step 3: Take a pot and add cheese curds, cheddar cheese, sour cream and milk along with macaroni.

Step 4:  Cook the mixture in low heat and keep stirring until all the ingredients combine. Now, add salt according to your taste.

Step 5: Continue to cook on low/medium heat until cheese melts and ingredients come together into a creamy sauce. You can add more milk if the sauce is too thick.

Step 6: Serve immediately.
